Most orders that are listed as in-stock will ship to residential within 3-4 weeks. For delivery to the school, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks. All orders ship from Cheshire, CT. All orders will ship standard ground service, unless otherwise requested. Click Here for standard transit times within the US. Orders will only be processed within normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. If you need your order placed fast, we do offer both overnight and two-day options. Contact customer service so we can ensure that we can meet your requirements.
Not satisfied? Simply call our Customer Service Department regarding any exchanges or returns. Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in same condition it was received in. Worn/laundered items not accepted. Shipping is non-refundable. Item damaged? Give us a call and we will assist you with the exchange.

Personalized goods are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Please be sure to double check your spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and other layout options when placing an order for a personalized item. If something isn’t correct with your personalized order, please contact your customer service representative.
Yes. However, freight for orders shipping outside the contiguous United States will be determined after your order has been accepted. You will be notified via email with the freight cost prior to production.
