Please contact our Customer Service Department with any questions regarding any exchanges or returns. Returns are not accepted on items that are produced on demand. For all other items, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in same condition they are received in. Worn/laundered items not accepted. Shipping is non-refundable. Item damaged? Give us a call and we will assist you with the exchange.
Most orders that are listed as in-stock will ship from our facility within 1-2 business days. All orders ship from Cheshire, CT. For all apparel orders, please allow 3-4 weeks turnaround time to allow for proofing, production and shipping of your made to order apparel. All orders will ship standard ground service, unless otherwise requested. Click Here for standard transit times within the US. Orders will only be processed within normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. If you need your order placed fast, we do offer both overnight and two-day expedited shipping options. Contact customer service so we can ensure that we can meet your requirements!
